Admission and Online Enrolment

Admissions Procedure

We recommend that you come and visit the school to get a clear picture of classes on offer & to ask any question you may have. To arrange an appointment for this please contact the school office.

To sign up for a class, please fill out our registration form online HERE and submit it to the school. Please indicate your preferred classes on the online orm.

Once we have processed the form, you will be sent a letter confirming your application has been received. If you have applied for an immediate start, we will contact you to let you know which classes are available. Those applying for a later stage will be contacted nearer the time regarding availability. Places are offered out according to the initial date of application to the school and children in school receive first priority for places (subject to a minimum period of enrolment in school).

Once your child is in school, there is no need to fill out the application form again for different classes. If you would like your child to move up to the next class, please contact the office and they will advise you accordingly.

Withdrawal from Highgate House School

Parents are required to give 90 days written notice in order to withdraw from the nursery and kindergarten classes (July and August are not included in the 90 day notice period).

For the Parent Main Caregiver & Baby and Parent/Carer & Child classes, 2 weeks written notice is required before the end of a block in order to withdraw for the following block. If written notice to withdraw is not received children will automatically be re-enrolled.
